Jazz musician Lloyd Miller traveled to Iran in the 1950's, 60's and 70's and studied with some of the most renowned Persian music masters. Today he is widely regarded as one of the pioneers of "Oriental Jazz," which has found a common ground for Persian classical music and modern jazz. This short documentary features archival footage of Miller's performances on NIRTV and other broadcasts, as Miller reflects on his experiences in Iran.
